Organizations do not CHANGE… PEOPLE change. But change cannot happen if personal   behaviours don’t change.

In order to change, people need to be willing to do it. What we know about change is that resistance to change emerges when the “status quo” is shaken.  It is a natural consequence of a misalignment between expectations and personal reality. If every strategy implies some degree of transformation, strategy can’t be properly executed unless the employees are willing to change.

The role of leaders is the most important element of strategy execution.
